BUILDING NEWS:

The 3rd floor renovation is complete  

Now home to 19 unique studios for artists and creative entrepreneurs. The “open air” design features interior ¾ studio walls, allowing light and air to dissipate throughout the whole floor. Complete with a lounge area perfect for meetings with clients. All studios are currently rented, but you can join the waiting list.
