EVENT SPOTLIGHT:

BUILDING SPOTLIGHT:

Empty room with large industrial-style windows, white walls, and a mix of dark wood and concrete flooring.

The 3rd floor renovation is complete  

Now home to 19 unique studios for artists and creative entrepreneurs. The “open air” design features interior ¾ studio walls, allowing light and air to dissipate throughout the whole floor. Complete with a lounge area perfect for meetings with clients, a few studios are still available. Lookout for the next “Open Studios” event sometime in 2023!
